The MSK Specialist uses clinical and medical background in MSK and general ultrasound imaging and procedures to educate, consult and support selling activities of FUJIFILM SonoSite products. Must have a multi-dimensional skill set to handle clinical, sales, and market development opportunities in addition to developing business within assigned sales territory and Zone. The desired candidate will be well versed in Musculoskeletal and General Ultrasound. Will be responsible for product demonstrations, installations, customer support/service and educational workshops.
The desired geographic location for candidate to live is in the Greater New York area (NY, CT, NJ).
Create market demand for FUJIFILM SonoSite products by networking, and persuading users, departments, and institutions on the value of FUJIFILM SonoSite’s hand carried compact ultrasound systems and tools for ALL key market segments.
Deliver post-sales training, customer retention activities and installations where needed and applicable.
Support tradeshows and other marketing activities.
Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities, which may include scanning patients or other volunteers.
Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.
Support special projects as necessary.
Minimum 2 years related work experience in a MSK ultrasound clinical setting, hospital, lab, clinic setting, etc.
RMSK or RMSK eligible.
RDMS in Abdomen or OB/GYN.
RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible.
Minimum 2 years related work experience, operating on duplex ultrasound equipment in a general ultrasound clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting.
Knowledge of the orthopedic, rheumatology, physical medicine, rehabilitation, and sports medicine markets, including injection procedures required.
Prior experience in orthopedics, rheumatology, or physiatry required; 2+ yrs preferred.
Ultrasound knowledge/teaching experience a strong plus.
Commercial applications experience a plus.
Ability to travel 60% or more of the time.
