Performs diagnostic examinations, as ordered by physicians. Assists Manager/Supervisor and Medical Director in coordinating daily activities of vascular laboratory, including delegating duties and assisting in evaluating the performance of more junior lab personnel. Provides training/orientation for new staff as required.
Approximately three to four years of progressively more responsible job related experience in non-invasive vascular laboratory performing vascular procedures. (Candidate with less than required years of experience will be considered if entire work experience is in a dedicated vascular laboratory)
Education: Completion of an accredited Ultrasound or Vascular Program recognized by the ARDMS in vascular specialty.
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification and BCLS is required.
Additional Salary Information: Salary range goes higher with the number of years of experience.
