The Queen’s Medical Center West O’ahu is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager for Imaging Services.

Functions as a working clinical operations manager:
Manages and supervises the day-to-day operations, administration, coordination and integration of services, programs and activities of outpatient imaging services, including hospital-imaging services as needed.
Performs duties and responsibilities specific to discipline as needed.
Oversees and monitors programs, projects, services and activities to ensure consistency with strategic plans, and goals and objectives of The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oahu.
Ensures operations and functions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and the policies and procedures of the Medical Center.
Serves as department head in the absence of the Manager, as assigned.
Required: A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
Current Hawaii State License as a Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist; or current certification by ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in Abdomen and OB/GYN sonography.
Current BLS/HCP certification.
Four (4) years clinical experience in imaging modalities, preferably in a comparable facility.
One (1) year supervisory/leadership experience (e.g. responsibilities for major project(s)).
