Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Endocrinologist, this is an exceptional chance to step into a busy, well-established practice with a robust and consistent referral network. You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team in Burien, Washington, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient centered care.
Every day, you will apply your comprehensive expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions. This involves patient consultations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and focusing on preventive care and health education, all within a collaborative healthcare team.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled and compassionate BC/BE Endocrinologist, possessing expertise to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Provide comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse patient population, managing a wide range of endocrine disorders.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including FNA/Ultrasound, A1C, and POCT, to provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a four or five-day work week option, requiring 36 patient contact hours. We believe in work-life integration!
- Participate in a reasonable and collegial community call schedule with phone coverage only.
- Efficiently manage patient information with our fully integrated EPIC EMR.
- Compensation ranges from $255,869 - $363,961/year
We are offering a guaranteed one-year salary, wRVU productivity, and an annual bonus incentive. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is available
Job RequirementsRequired
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of Washington
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for the specific practice
- Strong clinical diagnostic skills in an ambulatory setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all ages of patients
Preferred
- At least one year of Endocrinology experience
